A'Laura's Portraits is owned and operated by Laura McMann, portrait artist and Jo Ann Viands, studio manager. The studio was opened in November, 2002 in Lapeer, Michigan.

Laura is the portrait artist for A'Laura's Portraits. She has a degree in photographic technology from Mott College as well as many years of photographic experience. Always striving to improve her talent and professionalism, Laura continues her ongoing education as an active member of the Michigan Triangle Professional Photographers Association (MTPPA) and attends many seminars each year.

Jo Ann is the studio manager, handles all the financial activities and assists with the sales consulting. She has a degree in business from Grossmont College, San Diego, California. Jo Ann is also a member of the Michigan Triangle Professional Photographers Association (MTPPA) and attends many seminars each year.

A'Laura's Portraits provides the privacy, lighting, setting, mood, backdrops and props you need to capture these memories. We also offer special effects such as black and white sessions, black and white with soft touch color sessions, or digital effect sessions.

A'Laura's offers customers a unique design to customize your portrait collection, to enable customers to order only poses and sizes they desire. Customers are able to preview and choose their portrait collection after their session. We are committed to giving our customers the highest quality products and customer service.
